Europro Equipment. LLC (Europro) warrants equipment from material defects for 2 years not including damage to accessories, additional parts, dents and scratches to the exterior body of the equipment, wear and tear of the equipment and agrees to repair any such defect, or to replace any equipment or parts for said equipment, at Europro’s option, provided the equipment is delivered to Europro Equipment LLC for examination with all transportation charges prepaid to Europro. A sales receipt or bill of sale is required for proof of purchase in order to receive warranty service from Europro.

Notice of any defect must be delivered to Europro in writing within five (5) days of receipt of equipment. This warranty does not extend to any of Europro Equipment which have been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring, improper installation, unauthorized modification, units which have been repaired or altered where the serial number has been removed, defaced or changed.

If the equipment cannot be repaired within seven (7) days of receipt, Europro Equipment will ship a temporary replacement of the equipment being repaired. Shipping and handling not included.

This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or persons is authorized to assume for Europro any other liability in connection with the sales of Europro Equipment equipment.

Warranty does not extend to Facial Chairs (unless Hydraulic) or Accessories to equipment.
