Shipping
Merchandise is shipped by weight and size zone via UPS Ground. UPS C.O.D. orders incur a $6.25 fee for check collection. To avoid additional charges, you may pay by check or credit card prior to shipping.
Perishable (frozen) products minimum shipping charge: $30.00. Outside California: Shipping charges incurred according to weight, size and zone via UPS overnight.
Estimated shipping times F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA:
- West Coast: South, 1-3 days
- West Coast: North, 2-5 days
- Central United States: 3-7 days
- East Coast: All areas, 5-10 days
Rush orders will be shipped by air. Area specific charges will apply.
Return Policy
Merchandise may be returned for a full refund within 5 days of receipt, provided the merchandise has not been damaged and the customer has obtained prior written authorization. Return Authorization Numbers are required and must be included in the box as well as on the shipping label. Please call our representatives if`you need assistance with return details. Any merchandise returned more than 5 days after receipt will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. No merchandise may be returned after 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for proper packing, insuring and complete, undamaged arrival of returned merchandise. Any packages received not in accordance with stated policy will be denied delivery acceptance.
Repair Policy
Shipping and handling will be paid by the customer. Extended warranties are available for equipment. Please ask your EuroPro Sales Representative for details.
